Mission: en and Zed go to Oistins, which is an old fishing town near Zed’s property. There’s an open-air fish market in town, and in the evening a lot of the vendors have grills set up and they grill & sell the day’s catch - marlin, swordfish, flying fish…

DESCRIPTION:
Zed Layson, is a fifth-generation Bajan (as the Barbadians call themselves), one of the most interesting people in the world - and a great local surf buddy who waits up for Ben despite having competed against Kelly Slater back in his day. He’s not quite a fisherman… but after a great session down there, Ben and Zed go to Oistins, which is an old fishing town near Zed’s property. There’s an open-air fish market in town, and in the evening a lot of the vendors have grills set up and they grill & sell the day’s catch - marlin, swordfish, flying fish… it’s the most amazing-tasting food, it’s cheap, and you can eat outside on picnic tables by the water. There’s often live music in the market later at night, it’s a total scene for the locals…Ben is so happy about a new trick he picked up from one of Zeds friends on grilling fish that he later begins dancing like a fish… Ben cant dance. (grill technique coming soon!)
